How does all of this work?

How long will it take?
We try to provide a design within 2-3 business days of your order request. Once you’re happy we’ll begin the production process. Generally, you’ll have your order within 4-5 weeks of ordering.
Can I choose my own name and number?
Absolutely! After a design has been settled on we will be in contact to gather additional details such as names, numbers and sizes that you would like. The amount of customization we are able to add depends on the item, please feel free to contact us and we’ll work with you to get you exactly what you want.
Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, we require that the smallest order be no less than 10 pieces of the same item. E.g. 10 baseball jerseys or 10 wrestling singlets is acceptable, but 5 football jerseys and 5 football pants would not qualify.
I'm confused, what is the $50 art fee for?
You can think of it as the cost for our designers to create the perfect custom design for your needs. We'll ask for this to start the process. Once the design is agreed upon, you'll submit payment for the items and shipping.
So what is my total cost going to be?
Here are a few examples:
- 10 jerseys - $50 (art fee) + 10 * $35 (10 jerseys at $35) + $25 (shipping) = $425
- 15 hats with a redesign - $50 (Art Fee) + $50 (second art fee) + 15 * $20 (15 hats at $20) + $25 (shipping) = $425
- 12 sets of Two jersey designs and one pant - $50 (Art Fee) + 12 * $100 (12 uniforms at $100) + $25 (shipping) = $1275
What if I have more than one image to upload?
Unfortunately we're only able to accept a single file per order form. If you are able, you can zip multiple files and upload the .zip. If this is not an option, please put a note in the comments that you have more images and we'll work with you over e-mail to collect your additional files. We're not going to let this technical mumbo-jumbo get in the way of designing your perfect gear!
What if I don't like your design?
While we here at Grizzy don’t think you’ll be disappointed with our ideas, we understand that you want your gear to look just right. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the two final designs that are covered by the initial $50 art fee, we ask for second $50 art fee to provide two additional designs.
What if the gear I want isn't listed?
If there’s some athletic apparel that you would like to be custom designed by Grizzy Threads and it is not currently offered on our order page, please feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
When will the store items be back in stock?
The stock of most items is replenished on a regular basis so if it’s out of stock now, check back in a few days and it will likely be back and available again. As with any other questions or concerns if there’s a specific item you want that is not available, let us know and we’ll inform you when it becomes available again.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $25 per Order for custom orders. For items from our store, the cost will be a flat $10
